Help Raise Funds

PTA fundraising is an essential part of providing a world-class educational experience at Green Hope Elementary. Funds are used to sponsor programs and events for families and to provide many services for our students, teachers and staff. Due to your generous support, the PTA has funded programs like teacher grants, improved classroom technology, educational resources and events, school campus enhancements and school community building events.

We have amazing Corporate Sponsors, but we need your help, too! In addition to flagship fundraisers like our annual Fall FundraiserBook Fair and Spring Carnival, here are ways you can help raise funds for our school.

Donations

Donations fund programs and resources such as teacher grants, improved classroom technology, classroom reading and math apps, playground enhancements and school community-building events. Your donations bridge the gap between public funding and our school’s needs. Not sure how much to donate? We suggest becoming a Gold level donor for $100. No amount is too small. Donate today.

Gift Matching

A matching gift is a charitable donation by a corporation that matches an employee's donation to an eligible nonprofit organization. Ask your employer if they have a matching gift program.

Harris Teeter – Together in Education

When you shop Harris Teeter brands, a percentage of your purchase is donated to the school that your VIC card is linked to through the Together in Education program. Ask your cashier to link your VIC card to our school's TIE code (4301) you can login to your account and make the change online.

Your account must be re-linked at the beginning of every school year.

Publix Partners

Through the Publix Partners program, your groceries can help the GHE PTA earn money. Sign up for a Club Publix account, click Publix Partners, and select Green Hope Elementary. Provide your phone number every time you check out and Publix will allocate funds to the GHE PTA each time you shop!

Your account must be re-linked at the beginning of every school year.

AmazonSmile

With AmazonSmile, Amazon donates a percentage of eligible purchases to the charity you've designated. Select "PTA North Carolina Congress Green Hope Elementary" on your first visit to smile.amazon.com. You'll still get your Amazon Prime perks, and they send GHE PTA a check each year!

Amazon now supports AmazonSmile on the mobile app! Open the app and find ’Settings’ in the main menu (☰). Tap on ‘AmazonSmile’ and follow the on-screen instructions to turn on AmazonSmile on your phone.

Personalized Labels

Label your child's gear with personalized labels from Emily Press and a portion of the earnings are donated to GHE PTA. These cute, personalized name labels are super durable, dishwasher and laundry safe. They're great for use on clothing, shoes, food containers, water bottles, school supplies like binders and notebooks, and so much more with plenty of designs and label sizes to choose from.

You must order through our special shopping link or by entering our school name at checkout. Start shopping at www.emilypress.com/greenhope today!

Box Tops for Education

We all shop for groceries, sometimes two or three times a week or more. Now turn those shopping trips into easy cash for your school and encourage friends to do the same! Just look for the Box Tops logo on hundreds of products in almost every aisle of the store.

There are four sponsorship tiers with different benefits including having your logo placed on our website, links to your business from our newsletters, banners on display at school events and more.
